Welcome to True Mix Masters. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://www.truemixmasters.com and all related services provided by True Mix Masters LLC ("True Mix Masters," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

True Mix Masters provides mobile bartending services, event staffing, mixology classes, and related products and digital content. Our service areas include Charlotte, Greensboro, High Point, and Raleigh, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. Availability is subject to scheduling and location.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, purchase products, book services, or enter into any agreement with True Mix Masters. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Booking and Quotes

Our website provides online quote tools for corporate and private events. Quotes generated through our website are estimates based on the information you provide and are not binding commitments. Final pricing is confirmed upon booking and may vary based on event details, customization, and add-on services.

A booking is confirmed only when a signed contract and the required deposit have been received by True Mix Masters. Until both are received, no event date is held or guaranteed.

4. Deposits and Payments

• Deposits: A deposit of 50% of the estimated total is required to confirm a booking. Deposits are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise specified in your contract.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments through our authorized payment processors (such as Stripe or Square). Corporate clients may pay by invoice upon arrangement.
• Late Payments: Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of services, and the deposit may be forfeited.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Client Cancellations: If you cancel a confirmed booking more than 30 days before the event date, your deposit will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the event date are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule are accommodated when possible, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before the original event date.
• True Mix Masters Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, staffing emergencies, or force majeure events), we will provide a full refund of all payments received or offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Alcohol Policy

True Mix Masters operates in compliance with all applicable North Carolina alcohol laws and regulations.

• Client-Provided Alcohol: For most events, the client is responsible for purchasing all alcohol. True Mix Masters provides bartenders, equipment, bar setup, mixers, garnishes, and all non-alcoholic supplies unless otherwise specified in your package.
• Responsible Service: Our bartenders are trained in responsible alcohol service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage, in compliance with North Carolina law.
• Liability: True Mix Masters carries $1,000,000 in liquor liability insurance and $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. The client assumes responsibility for the purchase and provision of alcohol and for the conduct of their guests.

7. Products and Digital Content

True Mix Masters sells physical products (such as Drink Card decks) and digital products (such as the Bartender's Handbook and recorded mixology classes) through our website.

• Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued for digital downloads or recorded class access once delivered.
• Physical Products: Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us at info@truemixmasters.com to initiate a return.

8. Classes and Training

• Live Classes: Live Mixology 101 and other in-person or virtual class bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant.
• Recorded Classes: Access to recorded class content is granted upon purchase and is non-refundable.

9. Client Portal and Accounts

We may provide access to a client portal or progressive web application for managing bookings, viewing event details, and communicating with our team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access links associated with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

10. AI Chat Assistant

Our website features an AI-powered chat assistant designed to help visitors learn about our services, get preliminary pricing information, and connect with our team. The AI assistant provides general guidance and estimates only. Information provided by the AI assistant does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of pricing or availability.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, quote tools, blog content, and software — is the property of True Mix Masters LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

12. User Conduct

When using our website, quote tools, AI chat assistant, contact forms, or any interactive features, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website using automated means without our written permission.
• Submit spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content through any forms or communication channels.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Mix Masters LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, products, or any interactions with True Mix Masters, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to True Mix Masters for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless True Mix Masters LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Force Majeure

True Mix Masters shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, severe weather, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, utility failures, or other force majeure events.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

19. SMS and Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and using our services, you consent to receive transactional and, where you have opted in, promotional communications from True Mix Masters via SMS, email, and phone. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or clicking "unsubscribe" in any email. Transactional messages related to active bookings may continue as necessary. Message and data rates may apply.
